Utility bills will go in the mail today (11/4/25) and they look different! We changed software systems and now the bills will be a full sheet of paper in an envelope.
This has some helpful hits on understanding the new bill format.
If you would like to receive your bill via email, email Curtis at City Hall or call 245-2098 and provide your email address.
You can also pay your bill online at EdmundsGovPay.com/Elkader or you can have the amount automatically withdrawn from your bank account.
When paying online you will need your new account number and PIN from the bill.
