46.05 (3) Unless accompanied by a responsible adult, no minor under the age of 18 shall be in any public place during the following times: A. 11:00 p.m. - 5:00 a.m. Sunday night through Friday morning. B. 12:00 a.m. (midnight) - 5:00 a.m. Friday night through Sunday morning.
55.06 It is unlawful to allow animals to run at large.
