NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids for The Downtown Housing Project located at 118 W. Bridge Street will be received by the City of Elkader at the Elkader City Hall Office until 4 o’clock P.M. CST on March 16, 2023.
A MANDATORY PRE-BID SITE VISIT is planned for Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. Please meet on the sidewalk in front of 118 W. Bridge Street Elkader, IA where you will sign-in and the tour will begin promptly at 9:00 a.m.
The General Information for Bidders, Bonding and Insurance Requirements, Criminal Record Check, Statement of Qualifications, Project Specifications, Floor Plans, Conceptional Renderings, and Pictures may be found at the links below or upon request at Elkader City Hall Office located at 207 N. Main, Elkader, IA.
