Our Mission Embracing God’s call, Mosaic relentlessly pursues opportunities that empower people. For more than 109 years, Mosaic has listened to the wants and needs of the people we serve and built programs to make those things a reality. We tune in to what truly matters to people and honor individual choice. Currently, we support nearly 4,900 people in more than 700 communities. Our Services Mosaic provides a wide range of services in the home and community for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Our person-centered planning approach brings together funders, family members, other trusted friends and, most importantly, the person served to figure out which services will be the right fit to help achieve goals and dreams. Mosaic at Home - 24/7 Supported Living A contractor provides a shared living environment and 24/7 support to help people acquire, retain or improve skills required for the activities of daily living and to be part of the community.
