This Elkader Area Chamber of Commerce event is held the 2nd Thursday of October each year. Join us for an evening of fun with your friends or family from 4:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, October 12, 2023. Stop at the Foundations Wealth Partners/Exit Realty building next to the library between 4:00 and 6:00 to register.  Try your luck at the lollipop cauldron for a chance to win Elkader Chamber Dollars.  We will be giving away a total of $500 that evening. You can also pick up your Give a Hoot game form for a chance to win $50 in Chamber Dollars. Every purchase you make gives you another chance to win!  Buy the WNO special at participating businesses for another chance to win.  There will be treats and bargains waiting for you.
